APP-SSP-35055 When Saving Maternity Absence For Still Birth Or Premature Birth (Doc ID 465948.1)

-- Problem Statement:
When trying to record a maternity absence for an employee that has given birth prematurely or suffered a
stillbirth the following problem happens :

The maternity record has been updated successfully however the absence record returns the
following error message when trying to save the record :-

APP-SSP-35055 : The MPP start date cannot be later then the first Sunday following the birth date.

UK HRMS Navigator -> Statutory Absence -> Person Details -> Others -> Maternity

Query employee record and navigate to 'Others' taskflow and 'Maternity' form. Update the
maternity record birth date, notified date and check whether this birth is recorded as 'live' or

Please note the birth date is prior to the earliest MPP start date, this is because the birth is
either premature or a still born has been identified. In addition the 'birth date' is after the
25th week of pregnancy however is before the 'earliest MPP start date'.
