Querying formula form, No Ingredient appears Under Ingredient Tab

Symptoms
User cannot see any ingredients under any formula.
Button that should allow user to see ingredients is grayed and cannot been pressed (also shows
number of ingredients = 0)
Important detail is that only one particular user got this problem.
When opening formula under the specified login, ingredients button is not accessible(cannot be
pressed). Although going to Ingredient tab and click to edit first (empty) line receive error
message :
APP-GMD-81054 'Invalid form mode for operation'
After clicking OK and going back to Product tab and clicking edit tab button again (and closing
newly open window) Ingredient button can be pressed (and shows ingredients = 1 even if there's
more ingredients than that - but all are visible)
