Customer is using CTI with Basic integration.
On opening UWQ the extension number is entered and after the OK Button is pressed Basic Integration
tries to register and login to the telephony system using the register and login functions.
If the register/login commands fail, the Avaya adapter throws an exception and responds with an error
event to the application (as defined in Oracle Telephony Adapter SDK).
If the error event exceeds a specific length the event data is cut. The resulting XML structure is invalid
and the error is totally ignored by the application. The icWorkController reports that the user is signed
in successfully which is not the case.
