Cannot Access Navigator From Home Link After Selecting Any iSupport Responsibility

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2:
After navigate to an iSupport responsibility, the Home link at the top takes users to iSupport Home but not to the Applications Home (Navigator) where they can switch responsibility.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Home link to take users to the Applications Home
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to eBusiness Suite
2. Select an iSupport responsibility
3. After using iSupport responsibility click on the Home link at the top.
4. users are taken to the iSupport Home page instead of going to the Navigator page where they can select a different responsibility.
