Symptoms
The following error can occur when viewing the output of the concurrent request reports on a base release 12 instance and also on a cloned 12.0.3 instance.
IAP-CANNOT READ FIELD (FIELDNAME=PARAMETER.CONFIG)
The Concurrent Manager has been restarted but the issue remains.
