On FA.M/N/O when performing a cost adjustment on backdated additions with an amortization
start date between Date Placed In Service and actual period of addition results in wrong catchup depreciation expense.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Add an asset with backdated dpis and no manual reserve.
2. close some periods.
3. Perform an amortized cost adjustment with amortization start date in the first period of fiscal year and the date should be between dpis and actual period of addition of the asset.
4. Depreciation Catchup is wrongly calculated.
