Goal

When using AME for Purchase Requisition Approval, the user wants to create an Audit Report
describing employees, jobs, and approval limits and Rules and all of their contents (conditions,
actions, attributes).

In the ame_rules table there is an action_id column. This column is non-mandatory and does not
contain any action_id. Therefore, we cannot obtain the actions that drive the approvals for each
rule, and also users cannot tie rules to the Approval Authority column in the per_jobs table which
user need dto do.

The user would like a solution that will populate the action_id column in the ame_rule table both
for existing data and any new rules that are created.
