11i: XTR: ONC Accrued Interest, Settlement Amount Updatable? (Doc ID 466817.1)

Q1. Can the "Settlement Amount" in the settlements form be updated?

Q2: Navigation: Money Market Transaction / Short Term Money Deal Query any short term deal
Select the transaction
Press the button Select for Re-negotiation
In the re-negotiation screen, the field 'Accrued Interest' will be greyed out and so not updatable.
If users unreconcile the latest transaction pertaining to the deal and then invoke the Re-negotiation screen, the field 'Accrued Interest' becomes updatable. But, if they update the accrued interest amount, it throws an error XTR_INT_AMT_LESS_THAN_ACCRUED. The system gives this error even when they are increasing the accrued interest amount.

Q3: Unable to override the interest accrual amount while renegotiating ONC transaction, if interest was settled and the interest transaction has been journalized or authorized in settlement window.?
