State Does Not Follow Federal For Iowa When Using Self-Service Tax Forms

Prior to upgrades, the State tax records for Iowa were being automatically updated when changes were made to Federal tax records.  Now, State tax records for Iowa are no longer being updated after Federal tax records are changed.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Hire and Setup an employee in Iowa
  2. Log on as that employee with Employee Self Service > Tax Forms > Update
  3. Change the allowances to something different
  4. Click the acknowledgment on the bottom to authorize
  5. Click Continue
  6. Review the PDF that shows, all is correct
  7. Click the submit button

The information is now on the federal record for the employee, but the state record is not updated
