Q1: What is the approved method for perform customization in the seeded workflows without losing oracle support?

Q2: Would it be to modify the workflow (via re-setting an access level from 100 down to 20 or less),
or modify the underlying code ?

Q3: What is the best mechanisms to use in case we need to customize any workflow?

Q4: Can you create a new custom wf and get apps to use the custom wf instead of the seeded wf?
