R12: FRM-41316 Cannot Set Insert Allowed Property Of Disabled Item LINE_SUM_FOLDER (Doc ID 467206.1)

Symptoms

After creating folders in the Invoice Workbench, then entering invoice details, the following error appears:

FRM-41316: Cannot set insert Allowed property
of disabled item LINE_SUM_FOLDER
COST_CENTER_SEGMENT

Message is replicated multiple times when clicking OK - various fields are listed in the error message, for example:

FRM-41316: Cannot set insert Allowed property
of disabled item LINE_SUM_FOLDER
OVERLAY_DIST_CODE_CONCAT


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Click in the line level of the Invoice Workbench form
2.  Click the folder tools icon.
3.  Create folder by removing and shrinking various fields, then save.
4.  Try to enter invoice details at line level and try to save and the various errors occur

Just upgraded to 12.0.3 and have applied Patch 6391632
