When attempting to delete a BOM with deletion groups, the following error occurs:

A discrete job exists for this item
Outstanding demand exists for this item

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete group in order to delete BOM from a particular Org
2. Got error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can not use that item on any WIP correctly it is causing a lot of manual correction.
