Actualshipment Interface Does Not Update The Shipment Reference Qualifiers. (Doc ID 467382.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.2 in Production:
Find a newreference qualifier was added instead of updating the existing shipment reference qualifier number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the XML integration will update the existing shipment reference qualifier number

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create a shipment in OTM
2.Send a Actual Shipment XML with the shipment reference qualifier of BM and a different value
other than the OTM system generated BM value.
3.Review the shipment after the actual shipment interface has completed.
