Goal
You are creating a new grade ladder. This grade ladder has several grades and grade steps. You were able to complete Steps 1 and Steps 2 from the Wizard. However while trying to complete step 3, which is, adding grades to this new grade ladder, you received a message specifying that 'This grade
already exists for the business group'. You haven't used these grades in any other grade ladder and
also you do have their short names established. So now you are unable to proceed with the grade
ladder process.
