User has setup Cross Reference Items in Inventory for internal reporting purposes only. Not using Customer Cross References, but need to order Internal Item against Cross Reference on Sales Order.
When attempting to enter Internal Item on Lines, it is only validated against the Cross Referenced item--the Internal Item does not show up in LOV for users.
