Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:Imported batch is splitted into several journals by currency_conversion_date.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Source file created from external system.
2. Populate gl_interface
3. Run Journal import .
4. Bacth created is splitted into several journals.
-- Business Impact:
The journals created are unbalanced , hence cannot be posted , and the workaround to update
currency_conversion_date with NULL it's too time consuming.
