Requests Created by iAassets User are not Visible for User with iAassets Manager Responsibility (Doc ID 467940.1)

On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find that in iAssets Manager responsibility, when searching for "View Requests" page finds it empty, even though there are transfer requests to be approved.

Expect the requests to be displayed to process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iAssets User responsibility as USER1 and operate an asset transfer request
2. Login to In iAssets Manager as USER2, go to 'Manager Home'.
3. Either check the 'Select' checkbox and click on the 'Open' button or just
click on the request to open and review it.
