Goal

When attempting to upgrade from 11.5.8 to R12.03,

Some ZX tables are so big causing slow process
want to know why are so big or how to control that volume.

In this case for example:
Select count(*) from ZX* tables:

ZX_LINES 16310250
ZX_REC_NREC_DIST 15321240
ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS 3826760
ZX_JURISDICTIONS_TL 412310
ZX_RATES_TL 410290
