-- Problem Statement:

When attempting to use Task auto assignment while creating a Service Request from the Case Worker responsibility, the following error occurs:

nullNo resources found. Please try again.No resources found. Please try again.
API Error (CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource): Unable to
automatically assign task owner. Reasons may include: - No service territory
qualifies. - No preferred resources found in the service contract or Oracle
Installed Base (depending on system profile "JTFAM: Resource Search Order") -
Assigned resources indicate that they are not available. Please check setup or
assign the task manually.The application could not automatically generate tasks
for: Audit - Beverage Manufacturer. Please review the API error messages below
and create the tasks manually: The application could not automatically assign
an owner for task template: Finalize Audit Report. A task owner is mandatory.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Case Worker responsibility
2. Try to create an SR with task using autoassignment for Tasks
3. Receive the reported error
