Contracts Cannot Be Opened Using The Contract Launchpad After FORMS Upgrade (OKSAUDET, CSXSRISR) (Doc ID 468055.1)

Symptoms

Contracts cannot be opened using the Contract Launchpad.

This is known to occur after applying the Oracle Developer Suite 6i patch set 18 ( 6.0.8.27.0), and patch 5216496, REGRN:APPS6:WITH VALIDATION_UNIT=BLOCK_SCOPE , A QUERIED RECRD CAN'T BE CHANGED.

All functions in any grid table cease to work.


Steps To Reproduce:

1.  Navigate to Launch Contracts using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility.

2.  Enter search criteria that results in one or more contracts being displayed in the results list.

3. Right click on the results to open the service contract , contract does not open.

4.  Select Tools from the toolbar and then select any of the functions for the contract.  The forms that perform these functions do not open.
