Goal


Trying to pick release  booked sales orders, regardless of having on-hand Quantity (Qty), a backorder or backorders are always generated for all items on the given Order

Steps to Reproduce Problem
-Enter Sales Order
-Book Sales Order
-Try to pick release
-Order is backordered
