Goal

Why Is It That Any Errors Related To Task Are Not Generated Via The Api "Jtf_Tasks_Pub.Create_Task" .

When creating the new task on the Service Request screen.

The following errors occur if "Save" is done.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You cannot use the address you have selected as the incident address for a field service task. You
must supply an incident address that has been created as a customer address. Either select an
existing customer address or create the customer address first
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The address is not set and hence it is correct that the error occurs.

The error doesn't occur in API "JTF_TASKS_PUB.CREATE_TASK" and the task is created.
