Error Running Multiple Reports: Routine FDPREP Cannot Read The File (Doc ID 468113.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run any of the following reports:

CSI: Customer Licence By Product
CSI: Service Contracts By System Report
CSI: Systems Detail Report
CSI: Unsupported InstallBase Items Report
CSI: Customer Installed Base Report

All reports fail with the following error message:

"Routine FDPREP cannot read the file /d09/oracle/xxxxxx/csi/11.5.0/reports/US/
Check if the file exists under correct product directory."
