Users can retrieve and see many customers in Trade management ‘Customers’ tab, but when creating a claim against one customer, cannot retrieve this customer to assign to claim by using List Of Values (LOV) :

Steps To Reproduce:
- Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
- Navigation: Customers tab
- Can search and retrieve some customers
- Claims Tab
- Create Button
- Enter Claim Type
- Bill To Customer LOV
- Enter search criteria
- No customers are displayed
