Deploying A New Forms Ear And Getting A Fatal Error (Doc ID 468157.1)

Symptoms

When using <Note 397174.1> "Deploying a New Forms .ear File in Oracle Applications Release 12" Step 3 requires the following script to be run:

txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp

The script fails with the following error :

    /oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/txkCfgOC4JApp.pl
