Symptoms

Reversed a journal entry and when reviewing the reversed entry, it is frozen and no changes can be made to it. The journal sources for the journals are not frozen.

Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Reverse journal entry in GL.
2. Try to change the journal you reversed.

Upgrade from 11i to R12.
