Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Test env :
When attempting to Apply The Patch 3180164 to the Apps tier node, the following error occurs.
ERROR
Determining valid on-site files...
Setting JAVA_TOP to '<...>/java'
AutoPatch error:
Unable to determine valid on-site files [complete; make tapes] for Internal Controls Manager.
AutoPatch error:
The following file is missing:
/<...>/11.5.0/admin/driver/amwfile.drv
......
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps.
1.Apply the <Patch 318016>
