Symptoms
On General Ledger Release 12, when attempting to enter a journal in Enter Journals form, the following error occurs at the point of selecting a Ledger from the List of Values:
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

Created and assigned to General Ledger Super User responsibility a Data Access Set for Management segment with Read-Only privilege.
