Goal

The following notification from Oracle Product Management:

Oracle no longer supports the Standard Tax interface. Taxes will continue to be calculated and tax rate changes from the Vertex Data Updates will continue. New code changes and bug fixes will not be tested on the Standard Interface and we cannot guarantee that all functionality will continue
to work. Additionally, enhancements made to taxes will NOT be made for the Standard Tax Interface. We strongly recommend that you upgrade immediately to the Enhanced Tax interface.
