Symptoms
Users are experiencing slow performance when processing large amounts of records through
mtl_transactions_interface(MTI) table.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Insert records in the inventory open interface "MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE".
2) Relaunch the Interface Manager
3) Which will submit the Process Transactions Interface Concurrent Request and INCTCW - Inventory Transaction Worker.Cause
