Symptoms
When attempting to print documents that contain special characters (eg: & < " ' ) using One-to-One Fulfillment, the fulfillment requests fail and the following error is reported in the jtffmctl.txt log file:
Steps
1. Print a document (eg Cover letters in Student Systems, Campaigns in Marketing etc) from any module that uses One-to-One Fulfillment for printing.
The concurrent request fails.
