Find that where clause defined at the data source OKC_SEARCH_KHEADERS does not work

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Responsibility CRM Administrator
1. Spreadtable > Metadata Administration > Find OKC_SEARCH_KHEADERS
2. Change where clause and save
3. Responsibility Corporate Contracts Manager > Launch Contracts > (B) Find {spotlight icon}
4. Find Contract number ‘BR%’
Look at the where clause (rownum = 1 for example) defined at the data source OKC_SEARCH_KHEADERS does not work.
