Goal

When using PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT or PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_PROJECT the following error occurs:

Billing contact not defined for each paying project client.

Cause: Each paying client must have a billing contact in order to authorize this project for revenue accrual or billing

Action: Please enter billing contacts for each paying client of this project

How can customers/contacts be added without error?
