"Forward and Approve" and "Forward" Buttons are Not Displayed for AME PO and Requisition Approvals (Doc ID 469340.1)

Symptoms

For Purchase Order and Requisitions that use Approval Management Engine (AME), the Forward and the Approve and Forward buttons are not present on the Approval Notification.

If AME is not being used, both buttons do appear on the Approval Notification. However, if not using AME, then these buttons show up.
