Symptoms

View Accounting feature is disabled (grayed out)  for OPM ( Process Manufacturing) transactions

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to Receiving > Receiving Transaction Summary
2.Retrieve headers and then select on the transactions
3.Click on menu Tools > View Accounting
4.View Accounting option is disabled and grayed out
