Receipts Can Not Be Manually Cleared After Migration To R12 (Doc ID 469799.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from 11.5.9 to R12.0.2, receive the following error while manually clearing AR Receipts

APP-XLA-95103: An internal error has occurred. Please inform your system administrator. Program name xla_events_pkg.validate_status_code. Event status code has an invalid value It cannnot have a 'Processed' value"
