Symptoms

On 12.0.1 in Production:
Find the Tax Classification Code cannot be overridden on the Sales Order correctly.
Once saving the Order, that field and value is nullified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to overwrite the Tax Classification Code on the Sales Order.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Create new order,
attempting to overwrite the Tax Classification Code
then recalculate tax---saving the order. That field is empty.
