Troubleshooting Performance Problems in the OZF-TM: Funds Accrual Engine Program Due to the ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_T Queue (Doc ID 470174.1)

Performance problems when running the Funds Accrual Engine after an upgrade or in a fresh instance can be caused by the number of messages in ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_T.

Several applications track events that occur in the order fulfillment flow in Order Management. Trade Management tracks budgets/offers to calculate accruals, earnings,..etc. Order Management then feeds for every relevant change in the flow of the order information into the queue ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_T. OZF-TM Funds Accrual Engine process the messages in this queue with the Consumer name OZF. If Funds Accrual Engine program is not run for a long time, the queue will grow, as the criteria for message deletion wont ever be met which would cause Performance problem when running Funds Accrual Engine program.
