Cannot Select 'Approve All' When Multiple Parties Match Denied Party Check

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
From the Denied Party Matches screen, you can no longer approve all matching parties. This functionality has been lost in 5.5 CU03. You must click every party individually to approve

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) When you query on an order in the freight forward screen and use the action -> ITL ->
check denied party. You get a list of record and on top - you have 2 buttons - 'approve all' and
'unapprove all'. However, these buttons do not work.

2) If you select 'approval all' - all the records should be selected - nothing happens.

3) Go ahead and select the records individually and submit so that the records are manually approved. If you then want to use the 'unapprove all' button - you get a message 'please select a denied party match'.
