Symptoms

When creating a user in Core forms, upon saving the newly created user the following error is displayed:

STEPS

  1. Implement & configure SSO/OID in a E-Business Suite environment.
  2. Login to application and navigate to System Administrator responsibility
  3. Security -> User -> Define
  4. Create a new user.
  5. Save the newly created user.

Implement & configure SSO/OID with E-Business Suite.
