Missing Log Files on Windows Application Server (Doc ID 471233.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When going back to review log files for troubleshooting, it is found that there was a large gap between two log files (as if there was a file missing). This is only applicable to a Windows Application Server environment.
