Symptoms

Find OSP Move Transactions are stuck in wip_move_txn_interface with pending status.

Log shows:

In WICTMS module: WIP Move Transaction Manager:

CONCURRENT WIP WICTWS 78070480 2 2400 2
MFG_SUBMIT_REQUEST (ENTITY=37695889)

The transactions are still in pending status.

Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12
