How To Move Notifications From Exception Queue To Normal Queue? (Doc ID 472204.1)

Goal

There are cases where messages could be retried and after some retries these messages could expire and move to exception queue. Say for instance a notification supposed to be sent out is stuck in status=OPEN, mail_status=MAIL and when one checks the $FND_TOP/sql/wfmlrdbg.sql output for this notification id it shows the WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue status as:

Message State = EXPIRED, Exception Queue = AQ$_WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT_E ,Retry Count = 5

In these cases how do we move all EXPIRED messages from the exception queue to normal queue and do subsequent processing.
