There are cases where messges could be retried and after some retries these messages could expire and move to exception queue. Say for instance a notification supposed to be sent out is stuck in status=OPEN, mail_status=MAIL and when one checks the $FND_TOP/sql/wfmlrdbg.sql output for this notification id it shows the WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue status as:
Message State = EXPIRED, Exception Queue = AQ$_WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT_E ,Retry Count = 5
In these cases how do we move all EXPIRED messages from the exception queue to normal queue and do subsequent processesing.
