Timecard errors with "An Error has been generated because worker information has not been found" (Doc ID 472378.1)

Users get the following error while trying to create Timecard from the Self Service Time Resposibility.

"'An Error has been generated because worker information has not been found"

This issue is seen when someone transfers from one Organization "ex. ORG1" to another Organization "ex. ORG2"
