Information in this document applies to any platform.
Before patches were applied a notification (FYI) was sent to the HR representative after an employee changed something in self service (personal details). This notification contained some details about the change.
After applying patches, the notifications no longer contain the detail. Each notification has a Warning stating the notification is not available because it is already been completed and closed.
When checking the worklist, the notifications have a status of Closed.
Because the notifications are auto closed, they don't show up in worklist and cause the messages sent by email to contain no details.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login with employee self service
2. Change Personal Details, system will send notification to HR Representative
3. Login as HR Representative, check worklist, see that notification is auto closed.
Applied several patches (example <Patch 5644722> and <Patch 5910548>).
