Symptoms

PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project fails with the following error:

Leaving pauoarchn()
...error inserting event revenue dist line.
...Cursor 11: ORA-01722: invalid number

No billing extensions are involved.   Revenue generation is for converted events. Events were successfully created using the PA_EVENT_PUB.create_event API.  Many projects generated revenue successfully, but some projects did not.
