APP-PO-14090 Unable To Autocreate Purchase Order - All Requisitions In Error (Doc ID 472560.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to autocreate a requisition to a PO, the following error appears :

Error- APP-PO-14090 No requisition line were autocreated

Steps to Reproduce :

1 - Navigate to Autocreate form

2 - Query eligible Requisition lines

3 - Autocreate Requisition lines to standard PO
