R12 Account Inquiry Form (GLXIQACC) Shows Balances For All The Ledgers In The Ledger Set (Doc ID 472693.1)

Symptoms

While inquiring for balances in the account inquiry form, if the balancing segment value is not selected while inquiring on the accounts, the form will return balances for all the ledgers in the ledger set having the same currency or if the currencies are related as functional and reporting currencies and if the currency type is selected as total.

GL Responsibility --> Inquiry --> Account
Select the value for "Ledger Name" currency and currency type as "Total".

Go to accounts and get the LOV for selecting the segments. 
Do not select the value for the balancing segment and select the values for the other segments.
User gets the balances for all the ledgers which are attached with the ledger set for the same currency.

In case user selects the value for the balancing segment, the account inquiry form returns data for that ledger only having the Balancing Segment Values (BSV).
