Expense Item Costs Are Not Showing In The MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS Table (Doc ID 472703.1)

Symptoms

Many costed records in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS but they do not have related distributions in the MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS table.  Expect these items to have values in the table for correct reporting and processing.

Steps To Reproduce:

1- Run the following query to check the transactions


The records do exist in mtl_cst_actual_cost_details and mtl_cst_txn_cost_details but have not been transferred to the mtl_transaction_accounts table.  The Cost Manager did not pick these up and transfer to the table to be used in reports and in transfer to general ledger.
