Autoinvoice from Contracts errors With 'Invalid Transaction Type Id (CUST_TRX_TYPE_ID)' - Interface Line is created with no Transaction Type (Doc ID 473136.1)

Symptoms

After running Autoinvoice, the Autoinvoice Execution report shows errors.
It concerns invoices that should be generated for contracts that are terminated.

Error:
Invalid transaction type id (CUST_TRX_TYPE_ID)
You must supply payment terms for your non-credit transaction

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Terminate a service contract.
2. Run Service Contracts Main Billing concurrent request
3. Run AutoInvoice
- review the autoinvoice output file and will see that there are errors for the contract lines
